Diigo is a website that allows users to highlight, bookmark, and attach notes to any part of a web page. I learned how to use the website and collaborate with others by viewing their bookmarked articles and adding to their annotations. This application can be useful in my future classroom for projects and homework assignments. Students can review bookmarked articles and notes for studying. Students can also share information with others when they work on group projects. I can personally use this website for networking and communicating my ideas with other teachers. I can use PowerPoint to support student learning at each level of Bloom's Taxonomy. The bottom level is called "remember". PowerPoints can be used to help students review information and practice memorizing terms and definitions while they study. The next level is "understand."
